Population
According to the statistical compilation "Rural settlements of the Yaroslavl region on January 1, 2007", 3 people live in the village of Kamenskoye [1] .
Geography
The village is located in the center of the district at a distance of 5.5 km east of the regional center of Big Village . She stands on the highway from Yaroslavl to the Big Village. The village is located near the mouth of the Chernyatka River, the right tributary of the Yukhoti , on a hill, the slopes of which descend to Chernyatka and Yukhoti, and is removed at a distance of about 500 m from the right bank of Yukhoti and the right bank of Chernyatka. At a distance of about 1.5 km northeast of Kamensky on the other side of Chernyatka and also on a hill, at a certain distance from the coast stands Utkino village. And at a distance of 2 km to the east, up Yukhoti stands the village of Prokshino . On the opposite bank of Yukhoti, at a distance of about 1 km to the south and southeast, is the village of Ushakovo , a bridge is thrown across Yukhot at the mouth of the Chernyatka River [3] .
History
The village of Kamenskoye is indicated on the plan of the General Land Survey of Borisoglebsky Uyezd in 1792. In 1825, Borisoglebsky district was merged with Romanovsky district . According to 1859, the village belonged to the Romanovo-Borisoglebsky district [4] .
