Giordano de Ceccano ( Giordano de Ceccano, O. Cist. , Also known as Iordanus de Ceccano ) is a 12th-century Catholic church figure, Count of Ceccano. Abbot of the monastery of Fossanov . At the Consistory, on March 12, 1188, he was proclaimed cardinal priest with the title Church of Santa Pudenziana . In June 1188 he was sent as a papal legate to France and Germany, along with Cardinal Pietro . He participated in the election of the pope in 1191 ( Celestine III ) and 1198 ( Innocent III ). [one]
