World Figure Skating Championships 1988

The 1988 World Figure Skating Championship was held by the International Skating Union March 22-27 in Budapest , Hungary . Competitions were held in the categories of women's single skating , men's single skating , pair skating and ice dancing . The competition was attended by a record number of athletes 142 figure skaters.
