Career

B. A. Chekhlystov is a pupil of the Krasturyurinsky β€œ Labor ”. As part of the club, he spent three seasons.

In 1964 he moved to Dynamo ( Alma-Ata ), where he played both field hockey and field hockey . Dynamo record holder in the number of games held.

Coaching

In 1972 he graduated from the Kazakh Institute of Physical Culture. In 1984-1986 he headed the Dynamo ( Alma-Ata ). Head coach of the youth (1987 - 1990) and youth teams of the USSR - 1991/92. In 1993-1995 - coach of the national team of Kazakhstan .

Under his leadership, Dynamo became the champion of the USSR 1990, third prize-winner of the 1992 national championship, finalist of the USSR Cup 1984, third prize-winner of the European Cup 1990, second prize-winner of the VI Winter Spartakiad of the Peoples of the USSR in 1986. Under Chekhlystov, the CIS team was the second prize-winner of the World Cup among juniors 1992. Coach (1993-1994) and head coach (1995-2000) of the Kazakhstan national field hockey team .

Since 2000 - Director of the Dynamo Stadium in Almaty. Since 2003 - Deputy Chairman of the Dynamo Regional Council.
