John Marcus McNairy ( born November 11, 1977 , Dallas , Texas , USA ), better known as Scoot McNairie ( born Scoot McNairy ) is an American actor and producer. He was best known for his roles in the films: Monsters (2010), Operation Argo (2012), Casino Robbery (2012), Promised Country (2012), Disappeared (2014), Batman against Superman: At the dawn of justice ”(2016).

Biography
Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, he spent a lot of time at his parents' ranch. At birth, he was named John, later changed his name to Scoot, in childhood his father called him Scooter [1] . He began his career in the 2000s with episodic roles of unusual characteristic guys in the series. Since 2005, he starred in small roles in the films “ Crazy Races ”, “ Advertising for a Genius ” and others. In 2007, he produced and starred in the movie “The Midnight Kiss, ” which, according to some film critics, brought the actor to a new level. In 2011, Andrew Dominic was invited to co-star in the movie " Casino Robbery ", after this film, in 2012 he was invited by Ben Affleck to shoot in the film " Operation" Argo " " and Gus Van Sentom in the movie " Promised Country ." Also in 2012, he took part in the filming of “ Twelve Years of Slavery ” by Steve McQueen .
In 2010, on the set of the film " Monsters, " he met his future wife, actress Whitney Able [2] .
In 2014, McNairy could be seen in the films Frank with Michael Fassbender , Air Marshal with Liam Neeson , Rover with Guy Pearce and Robert Paddinson , Vanished with Ben Affleck, and Black Sea with Jude Law . In 2016, the fantastic action movie Batman vs. Superman: At the Dawn of Justice was released. McNairy played the role of Wallace Kif in the film. In 2017, Scoot McNairy played in the film “ Consequences ” with Arnold Schwarzenegger and the series “ Fargo ”. Also, one could see McNairy in the series “ Stop and Burn ” (2014-2017) and “ Forgotten by God ” (2017). On March 14, 2019, the thriller Time for Retribution will be released in Russian hire. McNairy's partners in the picture were Nicole Kidman , Sebastian Stan , Toby Kebbell , Tatyana Maslani and Bradley Whitford . Also, Scoot took part in the filming of season 3 of the series “True Detective,” which will begin to be broadcast by HBO in 2019.
