In the period from 1960 [3] to 1968, the village of Lagernoye was renamed the Solar Valley [4] , and therefore the village council was also transformed into Solnechnodolinsky.

The territory of the former village council (29 km² [5] ) is located on the Black Sea and on the slopes of Mount Meganom .
