Biography
Born on June 19, 1966 in the village of Krutolozhnoe, Pervomaisky District, Tomsk Region . After graduating from high school, he graduated from vocational school No. 33, with a degree in gas and electric welder.
In 1984-1986 he served in the Soviet Army.
In 1992 he graduated from Tomsk State University with a degree in Law. After that he worked as a lawyer, deputy director in various enterprises of the cities of Tomsk , Kemerovo and Moscow . In 2003 he graduated from the Russian Academy of Public Administration with a degree in Public and Municipal Administration. PhD in Political Science.
In 1992-2004 worked as a lawyer, deputy director in various enterprises of the cities of Tomsk, Kemerovo and Moscow. In particular, since 1999 he worked in Moscow as a deputy director of the public association “TOPOL Board”. Since 2001 - full member of the Academy of Security, Defense and Law Enforcement.
2004 - May 2007 - Deputy Mayor of Tomsk for information policy, chairman of the committee for public relations and information policy of the administration of Tomsk. Dismissed in connection with the abolition of his position as vice mayor [1] .
After his dismissal from the administration of Tomsk, he began working at Zapsibgazprom OJSC as a director of property management.
In February 2008, he was appointed First Deputy General Director for Production of Zapsibgazprom OJSC.
2008-2011 - General Director of Zapsibgazprom OJSC.
Since July 4, 2011 - Deputy Governor of the Tyumen Region for investment policy, ecology and subsoil use [2] .
Since October 18, 2012 - the head of the administration of the city of Tobolsk [3] . In September 2015, the Tobolsk City Council re-elected Mazur for a new term [4] . On April 23, he wrote a letter of resignation of the head of the Tobolsk administration; on April 30, the Tobolsk City Council resigned [5] [6] .
