Marina 101 is a high-rise hotel building 427 meters high (101 floor), located in Dubai ( UAE ). The second tallest building in the country , 12th in Asia and 17th in the world .

Description
The Marina 101 project was developed by the National Engineering Bureau and the Turkish company TAV Construction. At the moment, the building is considered the tallest hotel in the world with residential apartments. Their average cost is $ 4000 per square meter. Despite the fact that the construction is not completed, at the moment about 80% of the apartments have been sold. [2]
Functionality
The Marina 101 building will include 324 hotel rooms and 516 apartments for permanent residence. [3]
Construction Deadlines
Initially, the high-rise hotel was planned to be completed in 2012, but construction was not completed by January 2013. It is assumed that the building will now be commissioned in 2015.
