Godzilla Attack

7-year-old Ichiro Miki, returning home one day, encounters criminals, fleeing from whom, he sometimes ends up in the world he invented, on Monster Island, where he meets Minilla and watches Godzilla’s battles with various monsters, among which “monster badass "Gabara. Minilla, contrary to Mika’s advice, decides to fight him himself, Godzilla comes to his aid. In the end, what he learned in a dream, Miki decides to apply in real life ...

• Minilla is the son of Godzilla. In this film, he understands human speech and can communicate with people, as well as control his size: from height from a person up to 18 m in height while reaching a weight of 3000 tons. Unlike the "role model" - Godzilla - Minilla is very cowardly, but by the end of the film he is still trying to overcome his fear and enter into battle with Gabara ^[1] .
• Godzilla is the powerful father of Minilla, the idol of his son and Mika. Fights off monsters planting him and sets an example for Minille. Sizes: growth is 50 m; weight of 20,000 tons ^[2] .
• Gabara is a strange monster that is a mutated frog (as evidenced by the absence of a tail and blue-green skin ). It moves on its hind legs, in an upright position. This is the first movie with Godzilla, the main characters of which are children. This is the only film in which Minilla can speak as a person. Because of this, fans of the classic more serious films “Attack of All Monsters” were rated much lower, and only 1,480,000 tickets were sold in movie theaters. An ambiguous assessment was also caused by the new monster Gabara. However, the unfortunate moments of the film can be explained by the fact that all this was seen by Miki in a dream .

The film received negative reviews and was rated by fans as the worst Godzilla movie. The fans did not like the huge number of cuts from other films and Gabar's monster, as well as the fact that Minilla can talk like a person and that all the events with Godzilla and monsters are just Itiro's dream. On Rotten Tomatoes the film received 29% positive reviews. On IMDb, the film received 4 points out of 10.

• This is the first film about Godzilla, where cuts from previous films were often used: “ Destroy all monsters ”, “ Godzilla against a sea monster ”, “ King Kong Escape ” and “ Godzilla 's Son ”. In fact, the original in this film is only the battle of Godzilla with Gabara.
