Luis Carlos Fariña ( Spanish: Luis Carlos Fariña ; born March 12, 1991 in Buenos Aires , Argentina ) is an Argentinean footballer and midfielder of the Spanish Asteras , the rights to which belong to the Portuguese Benfica .

Club career

In childhood, Farigna played for the Alvarino amateur team. After it, the scouts of Racing were noticed and invited to the club’s football academy. On August 29, 2009, at the age of 18, in his match against Colon , he made his debut in the Argentinean Example [1] .

In 2010, Giovanni Moreno , who became the main competitor of Luis for a place at the base, joined the team. In 2012, the new coach of the team Luis Sebuldia returned Farini to the base. Especially often, he began to get a seat at the base after Moreno left for China. On October 20, in a match against Kilmes , Luis made a double and helped Racing achieve a major victory [2] .

July 24, 2013 Farigna signed a five-year contract with the Portuguese “ Benfica ” [3] [4] . Immediately, the Portuguese club leased Farini to “ Bani Yas ”.

International Career

In 2011, Farigna was included in the application of the Argentinean youth team to participate in the youth championship of South America , but because of an injury he could not take part in the tournament.

Luis’s parents are from Paraguay , so he can play for this country’s national team. Paraguayan national team coach Gerardo Pelusso invited Farini to the gathering, but the footballer refused.
