Biography
Kaspransky Akhmetkamal Akhmadinurovich was born on August 27, 1895 in the village of Beykeevo of the Toporninsky volost of the Ufa district of the Ufa province (Kushnarenkovsky district of the Republic of Belarus) into the family of imam-khatib Akhmadinur Kaspransky. By Tatar nationality [1] .
His grandfather Ismagil was the poorest peasant in the village of Tukmakly . My father worked for the buys as workers, then served teachers. In 1890, after passing the exam under spiritual management, he was appointed imam-khatib in the village of Beykeevo of the Toporninsky (Kushnarenkovsky) district. His first wife died of tuberculosis. The second time he married the daughter of a wealthy peasant, Yusup Galeev, who was 17 years old. Children were born: sons Rukhilbayan (1892), the second was Akhmetkamal (1895), two daughters.
From 1903 to 1909 he studied at the Usmaniya Madrasah in Ufa. After graduating from the Usmaniya Madrasah, Akhmetkamal entered the Khusainiya Madrasah in Orenburg (the educational institution of the millionaire Khusainov) to receive secondary education. After the strike of students with the requirements to study in madrassas and secular subjects (physics, chemistry), he was expelled and returned home.
He worked as a librarian in the village of Yanyshevo, Ufa County (1915-1916).
In 1916 he was drafted into the army. During the February Revolution of 1917, he was in Petrograd and was elected a member of the Petrograd Muslim Socialist Committee.
Places of work: from 1918 to 1919 - head of the Muslim Affairs Department, member of the Muslim section of the Kazan Provincial Committee of the RCP (B.). Since March 1920, he was political secretary of the Bashkir Regional Committee of the RCP (B.).
Protesting against the Decree of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee and the Council of People's Commissars of the RSFSR " On the State System of the Autonomous Soviet Bashkir Republic " of May 19, 1920, Kaspransky resigned as secretary of the regional committee. In 1921, Akhmetkamal Akhmadinurovich emigrated to Turkey, where he worked at the Soviet Embassy as a translator.
In 1923, Kaspransky returned to Russia, worked in the Orekhovo-Zuevsky district trade union council. In 1930-1937 - the head. Department of Accounting and Statistics of the People's Commissariat of Agriculture BASSR .
Repressed in 1937 . Shot on December 10, 1937. His children: Maya's daughter, 7 years old, son of Bulat, who was not even a year old orphaned. The wife of Maryam Khanum, a weaver, died in 1991. She was buried in Moscow.
Rehabilitated Akhmetkamal Akhmadinurovich in 1956 .
