Myrmarachne plataleoides (lat.) Is a species of araneomorphic spiders from the subfamily Myrmarachninae of the family of horse spiders ( Salticidae ) [2] . Southeast Asia ( Malaysia , Singapore , Thailand ). India Sri Lanka , China [3] [4] . Sexual dimorphism is characteristic: females are smaller (6–7 mm) and resemble weaver ants , males are larger (9–12 mm, cheliceurs are one third of the length) and are similar to working ants. Role models ( myrmecomorphy ) are ants such as Anoplolepis gracilipes (= Plagiolepis longipes ) (F. Smith), Oecophylla longinoda (Latreille), Oecophylla smaragdina (Fabricius), Plagiolepis sp., Prenolepis sp., Solenopsis g. , Solenopsis sp. [five]
