Club career

After going through all levels of the Swansea City Academy, before the start of the 2012/13 season, Davis signed a two-year contract with the club [3] . In the main composition of the “swans” Ben made his debut on August 25, 2012 in a game with West Ham United (3-0), replacing Neil Taylor in the 84th minute [4] . Since then, Davis has become the team's left-back. On November 23, the Welshman signed a new contract with Jack for a period of 3.5 years [5] . On January 19, 2013, Davis scored his first goal for the club, hitting the Stoke City goal (3: 1) [6] , thus becoming the youngest goal scorer in the Swansea T-shirt in the Premier League .

On July 22, 2014, the Welshman transferred to Tottenham Hotspur .

International Career

In September 2012, Davis was called up to Wales for the 2014 World Cup qualifiers instead of Neil Taylor, who broke his leg in a match with Sunderland [7] . In the main part of the national team, Ben made his debut on October 12 in a victory match against Scotland (2: 1) [8] .
