Geographical position
It was located on the left bank of the Jemnaya River, 22 km from the village of Nosovo and 390 km northeast of Yekaterinburg .
History
From 1927 to 1954 it was the center of the Yomninsky Village Council, which, in addition to Yomninsky, included the settlements of Ust-Yomninsk, Middle Yomninsk, Kornilovsk and Chernichny. On June 18, 1954, by a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR, the Yomninsky and Transitional Village Councils became part of the Nosovsky Village Council. [one]
