Early years

Passionate about Soviet sports, parents sent Sasha to the swimming section when he was 4 years old. The world of sports immediately pleased the boy. In 1999 he moved to Moscow, entered the university. The NAC club, for which he moved quickly broke up. He graduated from RSUFK in 2004, already being at that time a Candidate for Master of Sports. In 2000, Alexander accepted the invitation from the Khimki team, where he played with Alexander Petrenko, Mikhail Soloviev, Oleg Meleshenko. Team coach Sergey Nikolaevich Elevich immediately saw a promising athlete in Sasha. After graduating from the institute in 2004, he moved to Perm, having signed a contract with the Ural Great team. There, Alexander was lucky to train under the guidance of an outstanding coach Sergei Alexandrovich Belov, to hone the team game with basketball players Mikhail Mikhailov, Valery Daineko, Sergei Chikalkin and Ruslan Avleev. Ural Great, together with Grandfather, took the Russian Cup in 2004 and the Challenge Cup in 2006. In 2008, Alexander received an MS and became a member of St. Petersburg Spartak. A significant turn in the development of the athlete was also a game in the team "Red Wings". Working with a trainer, Stanislav Georgievich Eremin, proved to be a valuable experience. And in 2012, Alexander became the owner of the Russian Cup as part of the Red Wings.
