Emilio Carlos Homps ( Spanish Emilio Carlos Homps , September 28, 1914 , San Pedro , Argentina - November 2, 2012 , Buenos Aires , Argentina ) - Argentine yachtsman , silver medalist of the 1948 Summer Olympics in London in 6 meter R-class.

He played for the yacht club Yacht Club Olivos. In addition to sailing, he was successfully involved in swimming and rugby. At the Summer Games in London (1948), he won Olympic silver with his teammates. Prior to this, the Argentines won the Roosevelt Memorial Cup (1938), the Prince of Wales Cup (1938) and the Seawanaka Cup (1947). In 1951, at the Pan American Games, he won a silver medal in the Star class with Jorge Emilio Brauer.
