Obba Babatunde is an American actor and director . He became famous for the film " Miss Evers Children ", in which Willy Johnson played. In 2000, he was nominated for the NAACP Image Awards as the best "black" actor in the film Meet the Dorothy Dantridge . Also in 1981, nominated for the Tony Award , for best supporting role.

Life and career
Obba was a protégé of the legendary American artist Davis Sammy , who said of him: "He is only the Cat who can do everything I can do." Obba knew how to: dance, sing, play instruments, perform imitations. In the fall of 2009, Obba played Davis in the musical (Sammy: Once In Lifetime), the world premiere of which took place in San Diego. In early 2000, Obba, together with writer Ruth Adkins Robinson, shot a series of television series projects about the life of “black people,” projects went on until 2011. Obba often plays the role of important and powerful people, he played a judge in the television series "Any Day Now", played the director of the school in the series Dawson's Creek . He also played Dean of Harvard University Kane in the movie Torchki. Obba skillfully gestures and uses this talent in many roles. As a producer, he became famous thanks to the sitcom show The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air , also thanks to Sack Full Of Dreams album by pianist Allan Onaye.
