Biography
He graduated from the Moscow State Institute of Foreign Affairs of the USSR (1986). In diplomatic work since 1986.
- 1986 - 1991 and 1992 - 1996 - Officer of the Consulate General of the USSR and Russia in Ho Chi Minh City ( Vietnam ).
- 1996 - 2000 - Officer of the central office of the Russian Foreign Ministry
- 2000 - 2004 - Counselor of the Russian Embassy in Australia .
- 2005 - 2008 - Deputy Director of the Department of ASEAN countries and general Asian problems of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
- January 2008 - July 2009 - Deputy Director of the Department of Asian-Pacific Countries of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.
- From July 30, 2009 [1] to December 26, 2014 [2], the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Russia to Vietnam .
