Criticism
Larissa Rzeminski from TV / Film News With Alex Tucker wrote that the film was “incredibly creepy and confusing,” “full of action that you don't expect from a television movie with a similar plot.” [3] Jim Halterman from the After Elton website in an interview with Grant Gustin noted that Jessica Lownnds in the film “looks pretty creepy as a psychopath” [6] . The resource “Crashable” noted that “usually the Lifetime channel, aimed at a female audience, makes films with female victims, but this time their heroine became a villain pursuing the hero Gustin” [7] . Although in the end, it turns out that the heroine had a difficult childhood, so that she is in any case a victim [7] . In addition, the observer notes that “the channel has a tendency to make male characters flat and stereotyped, and women to show ambiguous, in the development - regardless of whether they are positive characters or negative. The same thing happened with this film. ” [7]
Continued
