It connects the south of the city of Pskov (Zavokzalye and the Lopatino microdistrict) with the village of Cheryokha (the administrative center of the Yadrovsky volost of the Pskov region ) in the alignment of the Leningradskoye Shosse - the M20 highway ( E 95 ) on the Pskov - Ostrov section. Two-way one-way south from the city to Cherekha and Ostrov . The reverse direction operates on the adjacent old bridge .
