Biography
At the All-Russian Conference of Front and Rear Military Organizations of the RSDLP (b) ( Petrograd , June 16–23, 1917) he was elected to the All-Russian Central Bureau of Military Organizations under the Central Committee of the RSDLP (b) [4] .
In October 1917 - Commissioner of the Warsaw Railway Station in Petrograd [1] [2] and the Warsaw Railway [2] .
In November 1917, at a joint meeting of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee , the Petrograd Soviet of Workers' and Soldiers' Deputies, and the All-Russian Executive Committee of the Soviets of Peasants' Deputies, he was elected to the delegation that went to Brest to negotiate with Germany [5] .
Since January 30, 1918, he has been a member of the All-Russian Interdepartmental Emergency Commission for the Protection of Railways (liquidated on the basis of Decrees of the Council of People's Commissars of March 26, 1918 [6] and No. 600 of July 17, 1918).
From June 18, 1918 to 1920, he was a member of the collegium of the People's Commissariat of Railways of the RSFSR [2] (the certificate was signed by V. I. Lenin on June 25, 1918) [7] .
He headed the Office for the Protection of Railways at the People's Commissariat of Railways, created in accordance with Decree of the Council of People's Commissars of July 17, 1918 No. 600 [8] [1] [2] .
Since February 1919, while remaining a member of the collegium, he was sent to the Transport Division of the Cheka “for constant communication and work,” while he was charged with working with complaints to the Cheka [9] .
Since July 1920 - the commissar of the Nikolaev railway [2] .
He worked as the head of the 15th distance communications service of the October Railway [10] .
In 1937, being deputy director of the Leningrad Scientific Research Institute of Industrial Transport, he was arrested and sentenced to five years of imprisonment by a “special meeting of the NKVD” [11] . Rehabilitated [11] .
