Songs in Red and Gray is the sixth studio album of American folk singer Susanna Vega , released in September 2001 . The disc received positive reviews from music critics in the United States [1] [2] [4] [3] . The Metacritic site gave him 81 points out of 100 in his analysis of reviews and reviews [5] . The first album, written after the breakup with Mitchell Froom ( Mitchell Froom ), her ex-husband (in 1996-1998) and the producer of her recordings, which allowed the musical style to return to the singer's early recordings, such as fans could see on Suzanne Vega and Solitude Standing . The album was named the best work of the singer [1] .
