Dumb (another name - Dumb ) is the highest peak of the Tupiy massif (part of the Volcanic Ridge) in the Ukrainian Carpathians . Located on the border of Khust and Irshava districts of the Transcarpathian region , to the northeast of the village of Maliy Rakovets .

The height is 878 m. [1] The top shape is dome-shaped. Consists of andesites , andesite- basalts , basalts and tuffs . The slopes are asymmetric: the northern and eastern ones are steep, the southern and western ones are flat. The slopes and the top are covered with forest, except for a small area on the southeast slope. Western spurs stretch to settlements: p. Small Rakovets and with. Imstichovo ; heavily modified as a result of human activity. The upper tier of the mountain is occupied by beech forests, the lower - by beech-hornbeam.
In the south-east of the summit, at a distance of 2.4 km, there is Mount Kititsa (841 m). On the northeastern slope, the Bystraya stream begins its source, which flows into the Borzhava river.
