Golovin, Ivan Petrovich

Biography

In 1555, in connection with the threat of the attack of the Crimean Tatars, Ivan Petrovich Bolshoi Golovin stood with the advanced regiment near Zaraisk as the second governor. In 1556, "from Dmitriev's days of October 26th, " I.P. Golovin was sent by the third governor " along the Crimean News " to Serpukhov with an advanced regiment.

In 1580, he was the second governor of the advanced regiment in Kaluga ; later he was also singed there in the same regiment as the third governor.

In 1584, Ivan Petrovich Bolshoi Golovin, together with his relatives, fell into Tsar’s disgrace and was sent into exile. In 1585 - 1586 , 1592 - 1593 and 1605 - the governor in Sviyazhsk .

Family

He was married to Anna Alekseevna Adasheva (daughter of A.F. Adashev ), from a marriage with whom he had two sons: Alexander and Ivan the captain (d. 1639 ).
