The Zagreb University of Lexicography named after Miroslav Krleži ( Croatian Leksikografski zavod Miroslav Krleža or LZMK ) is the national lexicographic institute of Croatia [1] . Located in Zagreb , founded in 1950 as the National Lexicographic Institute of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia . Branches were in Belgrade and Ljubljana .

It was renamed in honor of its founder, the Croatian writer Miroslav Krleži in 1983, and became known as the Yugoslav Lexicographic Institute “Miroslav Krleža” ( Jugoslavenski leksikografski zavod “Miroslav Krleža” ). The institute got its current name in 1991, after the collapse of Yugoslavia .
Among the institute's employees is a former Soviet film actress, now a literary figure, Natalya Vorobyova [2] .
