Gary Allan [1] ( born Gary Allan ; born December 5, 1967 ) is an American performer of country music [2] . Recorded 9 studio albums and one collection of the best hits. Three albums headed the charts of the best country titles Top Country Albums : Tough All Over (2005), Greatest Hits (2007) and Set You Free (2013). Three albums have achieved RIAA platinum status: Smoke Rings in the Dark (1999), Alright Guy (2001) and See If I Care (2003). 29 singles entered the Billboard Country Chart, including four No. 1 hits on Hot Country Songs : " Man to Man ", " Tough Little Boys " (2003), " Nothing On but the Radio " (2004) and " Every Storm (Runs Out of Rain) ”(2013). 7 more singles entered the top ten Top Ten of this country chart: “ Her Man ”, “ It Would Be Be You ”, “ Right Where I Need to Be ”, “ The One ”, “ Best I Ever Had ” (cover version songs of the rock band Vertical Horizon ), “ Life Ain't Always Beautiful ”, “ Watching Airplanes ” [3] . In 2003, he was awarded the Horizon Award on behalf of the Country Music Association [4] . In 2013, his 9th studio album Set You Free, for the first time in his singer’s career, led the nationwide hit parade of the USA Billboard 200 . [2] [5] .

Biography
Born on December 5, 1967 in La Mirada , California , USA , his parents were Harley and Mary Herzberg [6] . At the age of 13, Gary started playing honky bars with his father [2] . In 1987, Gary married Tracy Taylor (Tracy Taylor, his first wife), and on November 28, 1998, his second wife was the model Danette Day (Danette Day; divorced in June 1999) [7] . His third wife [8] , Angela (Angela, the wedding was on June 5, 2001), committed suicide on October 25, 2004 [9] [10] [11] . In 2003, Allan said in an interview with CMT that he considers Republican candidate Arnold Schwarzenegger to be the best Canadian governor of California [12] .
