Geography
Located on the left bank of the Argun River, southeast of the regional center of Galanzhozh .
The nearest ruins of the former villages: in the north - the former village of Senakhoi , in the northwest - the former villages of Korichu , Yerstakhoy and the Elparo farm , in the north-east - the village of Gezehoe , in the southeast - the former village of Perau , in the south - the former village of Pegey [ 1] .
History
The village of Pezh-Baskhoi was liquidated in 1944 during the period of the expulsion of Chechens. After the rehabilitation that took place in 1956 , the Chechen population was forbidden to settle in the area [2] .
