Geography
The aul is located on the right bank of the Gekhi River, southeast of the regional center of Galanzhozh .
The nearest ruins of the former auls: in the north-east - the village of Keichu , in the north-west - the villages of Khaibakh and Testerkhoi , in the south-east - the villages of Peshkhoy and Dzhanaykhoy , in the south - the village of Bara , in the south-west - the village of Nicara [1] .
History
Aul Khiloy was liquidated in 1944 during the period of the expulsion of Chechens. After the rehabilitation that took place in 1956 , the Chechen population was forbidden to settle in the area [2] .
