Biography

In September 1640, Prince Alexander Ivanovich Lobanov-Rostovsky was granted the capital . Twice in December 1640 he “ spent the night and slept ” in the sovereign’s court during the absence of Tsar Mikhail Fedorovich in the capital. Prince Alexander Ivanovich Lobanov-Rostovsky was married to Princess Martha Ivanovna Prozorovskaya, daughter of Prince Ivan Semenovich Prozorovsky , boyar , from whom he had no offspring.
