Geographical position
The village of Indra of the municipality " Tavdinsky urban okrug " of the Sverdlovsk region is located 46 kilometers (68 km along the highway) north of the city of Tavda , between the forest and the swampy western shore of Lake Big Indra [2] . The climate is continental with cold winters and warm summers.
Village History
The village was founded in 1931 as a village for dispossessed special immigrants from the Kuban, Ukraine, Belarus [2] .
