Biography
Born November 13, 1871 . The son of M. M. Veselkin [1] . Relative of Betulinsky Yu. A. [2]
On May 28, 1906, he married Ksenia Vladimirovna Kitaeva, daughter of Colonel V.N. Kitaev (since 1910, a retired major general in the Admiralty).
He was shot by the Bolsheviks in Arkhangelsk on January 5, 1918 (according to other sources - December 13, 1918 in Petrograd ) [2] [3] .
