Located on the right bank of the Velikaya River, 25 km south of the town of Opochka and 10 km west of the village of Lobovo .

The population as of 2000 was 11 people [1] , for 2012 - 8 people.

Until 2005, the village was part of the now abolished Lobovsky volost with its center in the village of Lobovo .
