Biography
In 1910 he entered the Faculty of Water Engineering of the Agricultural Academy in Dublyany (now Lviv National Agrarian University ).
In the ranks of the Austro-Hungarian army participated in the First World War. In 1918 - a member of the General Directorate of the Polish troops during the Polish-Ukrainian war and the battle for Lviv .
In 1930 he graduated from the interrupted by the war training at the Academy.
In 1945-1950 - Professor of the University of Lublin them. Skłodowska Curie , in 1950-1961 - Professor, Head of the Department of Land Reclamation of the Higher Agricultural School in Wroclaw , in 1951-1954 - Dean of the Faculty of Environmental Engineering and Geodesy.
Since 1958 - Member of the Polish Academy of Sciences .
In 1957–1970 he was a professor and until 1960 he was the head of the water department of the Research Institute of Forestry ( Warsaw ).
The teacher, educated a number of doctors of science, many famous experts in Poland.
