History
On November 26, 1923, Pope Pius XI issued the Quae catholico log , which he established the apostolic prefecture of Krunstad, separating it from the Apostolic Vicariate of Kimberley in South Africa (today - the Diocese of Kimberley ).
On April 8, 1935, Pope Pius XI issued the bull Quaeque Praefectura , which transformed the apostolic prefecture of Kronstad into an apostolic vicar.
On February 12, 1948, the apostolic vicar of Krunstad transferred part of his territory for the formation of the new apostolic vicar of Bethlehem (today - the Diocese of Bethlehem ).
On January 11, 1951, Pope Pius XII issued the bull Suprema Nobis , which transformed the apostolic vicar of Krunstad into a diocese.
