Biography
HELL. Isachenko was born at the Ognevsky mine. After graduating from the Ust-Kamenogorsk Pedagogical Institute for Distribution, he moved with his wife to a village. Cheremshanka .
Created a section of ski racing, which has grown into one of the leading training centers for skiers in Kazakhstan.
