Biography
Began to engage in biathlon from the age of 10. For Canada, Crawford made her debut at the Biathlon World Cup in Ruhpolding, Germany in January 2010 . She took part in the Olympic Games in Vancouver .
The first successes came to the athlete in the season 2012/2013 . At the World Cup in Hochfilzen, Austria, she scored her first goblet points, finishing 24th in the sprint. At the next stage in Slovenian Pokljuk, Crawford took 12th place in the sprint and 27th in the pursuit. These results allowed her to break into the mass start for the first time in her career, in which she ended up in 22nd place.
In the 2014/2015 season , the athlete first finished in the top five in the pursuit race at the Hochfilzen stage. Moreover, during the race, Crawford managed to win back 29 positions. This allowed her to take part in the flower ceremony.
In the 2017/2018 season, at the stage in Ruhpolding, Crawford won the medal for the first time in the personal race at the Biathlon World Cup, taking third place in the individual race [1] .
