Ulitino is a settlement in the Plesetsk District of the Arkhangelsk Region , 57 km north-west of Plesetsk. The center of the municipality is the rural settlement of Yarnem.

Geography
The settlement is located on the Onega River.
History
Initially, a logging enterprise was formed on the site of the settlement. The settlement began to be built in 1947-1948 by special settlers mainly by Germans - repatriates . New residents were delivered by barges along the Onega to the Yarnemsky construction site of the UZH, the settlement was originally called [1] .
Population
The population of the village, according to the all-Russian census of 2010, was 493 people [2] . In 2009, there were 603 people.
