War Cemetery No. 60 - Magura ( Polish. Cmentarz wojenny nr 60 - Magura ) is a military cemetery located on the Malastow pass not far from the tourist base "PTTK na Magurze Małastowskiej" in the vicinity of the village of Prislup , Malopolska province . The cemetery is part of the group of the Western Galician war graves of the First World War . Soldiers of the Austro-Hungarian army who died during the First World War in February-May 1915 are buried in the cemetery. Cultural and historical monument of the Malopolska province.
History
The cemetery was founded in 1915 by the project of the Slovak architect Dusan Yurkovich . In the cemetery with the area of 1.091 square meters there are 4 communal and 63 individual graves, in which 174 Austro-Hungarian soldiers are buried.
The cemetery was restored several times.
Description
The cemetery is located on the Malastovsky pass near the tourist base at the intersection of the road to Gorlice and the road leading to the Konecna border crossing point. The cemetery is located on the tourist walking route from the Malastovsky pass to the village of Banitsa .
There is a small wooden chapel in the cemetery, which has an inscription in German:

- DAß TODESWUNDEN TAUSENDE GETRAGEN
- DAMIT DER SONNE SEGEN EUCH EMBLÜHT
- DAß DIESER GRUND VON HEIßEM KAMPF GEGLÜHT
(Remember in your days filled with happiness / That a fierce battle burned on this earth / That here thousands received deadly wounds / So that the blessing of the Sun blossomed around you).
