Zgarta ( Arabic: قضاء زغرتا ) is one of the 25 districts of Lebanon that is part of the province of Northern Lebanon . The administrative center of the district is the city of Zgarta .

Geography
The area is located in northwestern Lebanon and covers an area of 182 km². In the north, it borders with the Tripoli districts, in the south - with the Bishari region, in the east - with the Miniye-Denmark region , in the west - with the Kura region.

Administratively, the district is divided into 31 municipalities [1] .
