The flag was approved on May 11, 2012 by the decision of the Council of the Privolnensky rural settlement No. 140 [1] and entered into the State Heraldic Register of the Russian Federation with assignment of registration number 7623.
Description
"A rectangular panel with a 2: 3 ratio of width to length, reproducing the composition of the coat of arms of the Privolnensky rural settlement of the Kanevsky district in blue (raspberry), raspberry, green and yellow colors."
The heraldic description of the coat of arms reads: β In a crossed azure and purple field, on top of the division are a golden wheat ear and a metal of the same Cossack type, scabbard, with a hilt up, on top of which in the center is a golden multi-beam star burdened with a green four-leaf clover; everything is accompanied in every azure part - a golden fish β [2] .
Justification of Symbols
The flag in the language of symbols and allegories reflects the historical, cultural and economic features of the rural settlement.
The structure of the Privolnensky rural settlement includes the village of Privolnaya and the village of Dobrovolny and Trud . The settlement is surrounded by three salty estuaries from the north and an estuary with a reservoir from the south and southwest, which is allegorically shown in blue. The image of fish indicates fish-rich bodies of water.
Blue color (light blue ) symbolizes faith, impeccability, virtue, will and clear sky.
The crimson color ( purple ) symbolizes the blossoming earth, fidelity, modesty, piety. Also, this color is the defining color of the Black Sea (Zaporozhye) Cossacks - the founders of the settlement.
The image of the Cossack saber in a scabbard complements the Cossack symbolism. The checker symbolizes courage, courage shown by the inhabitants of the village and the farms while protecting their native land.
The wheat ear symbolizes prosperity, fertility, prosperity and prosperity, as well as developed agriculture based on the cultivation of grain.
Yellow color ( gold ) symbolizes greatness, wealth and prosperity, strength, and also speaks of fidelity, glory and merit of the inhabitants of the rural settlement.
The image of a four-leaf clover in a golden multipath star (golden radiance) is a symbol of the Ascension of the Lord . It was in honor of this Christian holiday in the village that a church was built at the expense of local residents.
The image of clover also indicates crop production and related livestock production, which in the households of the settlement forms a significant part of economic development.
Green is a symbol of natural abundance, tranquility, health and eternal renewal.
