Biography
He works at the Institute of Philology of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences , head of the laboratory of experimental phonetic research [1] , the sector of languages of the peoples of Siberia [2] . Included in the editorial board of the scientific journal " Siberian Journal of Philosophy ", included in the list of leading peer-reviewed scientific journals and publications published in the Russian Federation, which should publish the main results of dissertations for the degree of candidate and doctor of science [3] . Professor of the Department of Languages and Folklore of the Peoples of Siberia, Faculty of Humanities, Novosibirsk State University , Professor of the Department of Altai Language and Literature of the Gorno-Altai State University [4] .
Research interests: languages of the peoples of Siberia, Turkic languages, phonetics, phonetic typology, articulation and acoustic base of the ethnic group.
Theme of candidate dissertation: Kumandin consonantism (experimental phonetic research), specialty 10.02.06. - Turkic languages, 1980, place of defense: Institute of Linguistics of the Academy of Sciences of the Kazakh SSR, Alma-Ata.
Subject doctoral thesis: Phonetics of the Kumandy language as a historical-linguistic source (experimental phonetic research), specialty 10.02.06. - Turkic languages, 2000, place of protection: Institute of Humanitarian Studies of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Russian Academy of Sciences.
Among other scientists, she signed a petition to the State Duma of the Russian Federation against the reform of the Russian Academy of Sciences [5] .
He believes that “the process of gradual assimilation of the languages of small nations is, of course, an objective process. But if the representatives of these peoples have a desire to preserve their native language, culture, traditions; if there is a will to take some action in this direction, then our task is to help them in this ” [6] .

He is the author of more than 200 scientific works, including monographs, textbooks, articles in leading scientific journals (including “ Questions of Linguistics ”, “ Soviet Turkic Studies ”, etc.); author of several articles for the Historical Encyclopedia of Siberia [7] .
