At the moment, we can speak of the market for offshore programming in Russia as established. Since 2000, there has been a process of market consolidation, enlargement of major players, and the emergence of flagships of the Russian IT industry; software companies are gaining technological expertise and experience in managing complex projects.
More than 250 global companies are actively using outsourcing software developed in Russia, including Ericsson , Siemens , Nortel , Motorola . - Worst knowledge of English
- Higher wage requirements
- Fears of potential Western customers in relation to the Russian market style: less transparency, sale of developed software in parallel to a third company, etc.
