Club
Stuart Duff was born on February 23, 1982 in Aberdeen . In 1998 he entered the youth structure of Dundee United . In December 1999, under the direction of Alex Smith made his debut in the main team in the game against Kilmarnock . During the season, he played 9 matches and became the best young player in April [2] . The next season was for him almost the best in his career, having played 34 matches in the championship, he was the main player and one of the best midfielders of the club. In 2002 he was called to the camp of the youth national team of Scotland , which almost did not qualify for Euro 2004 among players under the age of 21, losing to the Croatian team in the playoffs. In 2005 he became the finalist of the Scottish Cup , his team lost to Celtic in the final minutes of the meeting [3] . Despite the constant change of head coaches, Stuywart Duff has always been the main player of the club.
In January, Duff ends a contract with Dundee and he moves to Aberdeen . [4] Having played a small number of matches for the club, the Inverness Caledonian Thistle was rented [5] . After the end of the season officially became the players of this club. During the season, Duff was the main central defender of the team. After the end of the contract, he did not renew the agreement and moved to a modest " Air United " [6] . In 2011, he played only 3 games and joined the Maltese Kormi team.
In February 2012, he accepted an offer from Kazakhstan and signed a contract with Alma-Ata “ Kairat ” [7] .
