Biography
Born on January 16, 1957 [1] in the village of Kubachi, Dakhadaevsky district of Dagestan .
In 1980 he graduated from the Law Faculty of Dagestan State University [2] .
In 1983 he was elected judge of the Leninsky District Court of the city of Makhachkala.
1987 - 1995 worked as a lawyer at the Makhachkala legal consultation.
Since 1995, he served as a judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Dagestan.
On June 6, 2005 he was appointed a member of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Dagestan.
In 2004, Magomed sentenced in a high-profile case of a terrorist attack on May 9, 2002 in the city of Kaspiysk . The case was considered by a jury [3] .
“The last court case was chaired by Magomedov on December 18, 2012 , the court convicted three residents of the Kizlyar district of Dagestan, who were accused of participating in an illegal armed group. Then the residents of Dagestan Ramazan Magomedov, Shuaybgadzhi Magomedov and Abdulzhapar Labazangadzhiev were sentenced by the Supreme Court to 8 to 10 years in prison, ”a source at RIA Novosti told [3] .
January 15, 2013 she was killed at 21:00 near the house in Makhachkala [4] . Magomed usually moved around the city accompanied by guards, but in January 2013 he was on vacation, and at the time of the assassination attempt the guards were not around [5] .
