Also known by the names “Take Out Some Insurance on Me Baby” or (on many albums) simply as “Take Out Some Insurance on Me Baby”. It was recorded by many performers, the most widely known recording of a cover version of the song, made by Tony Sheridan and The Beatles (who took the name The Beat Brothers for this record) in 1961.

A cover version of the song was recorded by Tony Sheridan and The Beatles on June 24, 1961 in Hamburg at Studio Rahlstedt during the period when The Beatles played at the Top Ten Club . The record for Polydor Records was produced by Bert Kempfert . First released in 1962 in Germany on the album My Bonnie , reissued in the UK in 1967. Also released on the single " Ain't She Sweet " in 1964 (as a b-side ). Released on The Beatles' First album (Polydor Records Ltd, UK 236.201.).
