It is part of the Spassky rural settlement [1] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division - in the Verkhnespassky village council.
The distance by road to the district center of Tarnogsky Gorodok is 39 km, to the center of the municipality of Nikiforovskaya - 0.3 km. The nearest settlements are Borok , Nikiforovskaya , Spassky Pogost , Fednevskaya .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 50 people (27 men, 23 women). The entire population is Russian [2] .
Interesting Facts
Two full cavaliers of the St. George Cross (the only ones in the Tarnogsky district) were born at once in the village - A.N. Peshkov and Alexander Sukharev (exact data are unknown) [3] [4] .
