It is part of the Ilez village settlement [1] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division - in the Ilez village council.
The distance by road to the district center of Tarnogsky Gorodok is 65 km, to the center of the municipality of Ilezsky Pogost - 30 km. The nearest settlements are Kontorka , Zarechye , Shevelevskaya .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 41 people (19 men, 22 women). The entire population is Russian [2] .
