It is part of the Verkhovsky rural settlement [1] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division - the Verkhovsky village council.
The distance by road to the district center of Tarnogsky Gorodok is 46 km, to the center of the municipality of Verkhovsky Pogost - 8 km.
According to the census in 2002, there was no permanent population [2] .
