The path of wooden architecture in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship ( Polish Szlak architektury drewnianej w województwie małopolskim ) is a tourist route in Poland with a length of 1,500 kilometers, including 237 architectural monuments represented by Catholic, Greek Catholic and Orthodox churches, chapels and a bell tower peasant houses and mansions of the aristocracy.
The route in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship is divided into six official and three alternative routes. It was created in 2001.
The entire route passes through the territory of Lesser Poland, Silesia, Sventokrzysk and Subcarpathian Voivodeships. After the development of the project concept and the signing of an agreement on cooperation between the voivodships, road signs were put in 2001-2003 to indicate the direction of the route. The marking was updated and supplemented in 2008. [one]

Four churches The paths of wooden architecture in Lesser Poland Voivodeship are included in the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage List. In 2008, around 80,000 tourists took the routes. [2]
