Abalakovo (Railway rural settlement)

Abalakovo is a village in the Yenisei region of the Krasnoyarsk Territory . It is the administrative center and the only settlement of the Railway Village Council. The village is located at the railway station of the same name.

Content

History

The village is founded and begins to be built at the railway station. The construction of the village is carried out by Komsomol members in 1972. The village at the railway station decide to name the village of Komsomolsky (as it was built by Komsomol members). Later, the village receives the modern name Abalakovo (from a nearby village).

Infrastructure

Eight-year school of art. Abalakovo was founded in October 1972. The building is a wooden one-story building. In addition to classrooms, there is a workshop, gym, dining room, library. There is a house of culture, a hospital. The population works in the field of trade and budget.

Fire

On January 15, 2013, four children were killed in a village in a fire in a private one-story semi-detached house. Parents of dead children who were intoxicated managed to jump out the window [2]
